quick note, telling me I have "no friends" is not an insult. and yet this is also me....

Many oftentimes claim reality, as if perhaps their actions in a virtual world matter not. Hide behind a screen and escape decency... Block you and avoid consequences. Personally, to find and agree on a friend relationship here... Matters as much as if we met as neighbors. I keep mine close...regardless of where there are.
