@Syntonic Let's put it this way...when she passed away after a long period of dying of dementia, the relief I felt was so intense I thought I would float away.

It wasn't until after she died that I was finally able to come to terms with the things that she did and said over the course of her lifetime...and forgive her.

This was mostly due to the fact that she finally had stopped saying and doing things that were hurtful.
