Or do I?
Are you freaking out like I am?
It's not just the virus ! I'm scared of the recession and crime rate increase that comes with it !😳

The pandemic will be over soon
Not always in terms cases but deaths

The recession will follow but the government and fed support should help

Survive 2020
Hold out for 2021
Lift hopefully 2022

Hugs 🤗

@Niloo hang in 🤗
@yeronlyman That's very optimistic.
I hope you're right.

@yeronlyman I wish I was as optimistic. Today's loss of RBG is another nail in the 2020 coffin!

@samueltyler2 the US curve is different and not the classic Gompertz curve

Europe is in second wave for cases but not deaths

I would hold and reserve judgement till October November

But so far case curve is rising since late July and death curve has not followed in a similar fashion to spring 2020

@yeronlyman we have learned a Great deal about how to treat a covid patient. But, deaths will always follow cases, so, yes, although the national rolling 7 day average new cases has dropped, the hot spots appearing in unexpected places dies not leave you with optimism, since many have few treatment facilities.

@samueltyler2 strangely Italian doctors have said in April Covid was like an wild tiger, it’s now like a wild cat

Many influences and potential factors
Not yet proved

Younger age infection rates
Classic corona/flu virus response
Weakening virus
Lower viral load = less sick
