Is being too ambitious adding unnecessary stress ?

BlueVeins · 22-25
Yes, but that's only an issue if you're taking on more stress than you can safely and healthily handle. Stress is a normal part of life and can make us more productive and at times, happier as people.
@BlueVeins stress can't make anyone happy 🤔
BlueVeins · 22-25
@SimplyLogicalDiscipline Sure it can. A life with too much stress is uncomfortable and oppressive, but a life with no stress at all is dull and hazy. Human brains aren't really built to operate without it.
@BlueVeins that's what the research says, not sure hmm
Yes... I feel a lot better now that the stress of being forced to look for work that I can't do has been lifted from my shoulders - for now, at least.

Hopefully, one day I'll be able to go back to work - just not today.
@HootyTheNightOwl have you taken a break from work?
@SimplyLogicalDiscipline No. I'm still caring for the thing that I married full time... now I am too sick to even do that properly and I'm expected to work full time, too.

{@simplylogical] yes i would think nothing wrong get ahead long is it is in your reach where if you over stretch for and ambition or goal then is when it can take its toll

It is stressful but once achieved, it's all worth it in the end.
@Beatbox34 what do you want to achieve?
Beatbox34 · 31-35, M
@SimplyLogicalDiscipline Tbh I want to move out and start a fresh life.

Now in order to achieve the above, the road will be hard. It can be uncertain too. I intend to work hard and buy a house of my own. I've lived in rented accomodations all my life. For once, I want to feel how it's like to have a place of your own.

I believe so. Although ambition is good, its not when you're driving yourself over the wall with it.

especially if its an unrealistic ambition
Yes, yes it does.
