@HootyTheNightOwl that's when we move our clocks back an hour. I was used to it still being dark outside when my alarm went off. Lol

Daylight savings could have killed me. Good thing there's a bill going on in Utah that will end daylight savings and I hope it gets passed.

@Lostpoet i knew that was when the clocks go back over there... i just hadn't considered that you might have been getting up in the dark during the summer time hours - that's why i was confused for a moment there...

i hope they pass the bill, too... daylight savings is stupid!!! i'd rather have an extra day every decade or something to keep the time right than having to keep changing the clocks and it screwing with my sleep!!!

i don't know why they didn't do away with it over here - especially when the spending cuts mean that more children are having to walk to and from school in the dark - and our nearest high school is up to 2 miles away from some of our most deprived students... they closed the one that those were likely to be attending a few years ago.
