How do you get an A in a class you hate?

I'm taking 3rd semester college french (as a senior in high school), and I absolutely hate it. My teacher sucks, and it's almost impossible for me to get an A because of how strict he is. How would you do it?

You let go of your feelings and find other reasons to study, like wanting to keep your eligibility for honors or a scholarship. I've done that with most of my college courses. It's necessary. You won't like everything you ever take, so you gotta learn to deal.

Statistics! That class was the most boring and those formulas. Then I had someone tell me about a process control method that used results to maximize production. Maybe you need a French pen pal or boyfriend?

@SpaceAce That means I won't go to the college of my choice. I'm this close to getting in and out of college with 0 debt, and if I get less than an A, that might not happen.
