I Am On a Diet

Current weight 76.5 kg, target weight 68 kg (unless it starts making me look really old).

Day 1 target number of calories - 2,000
Actual consumed so far 2,500 :( and I am really hungry.

If I keep posting it here I may embarrass myself into keeping going.

@Room66 Down to about 72kg, so trundling along nicely including several 'days off'. I started off calorie counting, it was at this point I realised just how much comfort eating I was doing. I've replaced most of the biscuits with fruit and cut out cheese (which I've recently replaced with cheese spread). I'd just picked up a lot of bad habits really.
[33 days down by 4.5kg (10lbs)]
One of the reasons I decided to lose weight was to improve my running speed, first race with my lighter frame tomorrow.
