I Am Fasting

I’m doing intermittent fasting at a 16:8 hour window and I’m awake at 6:21 am right now because it makes you not sleep for long.

I’m doing 23 hrs with keto. This works well. Building crazy muscle and getting rid of fat. I use water green tea and coffee. I have no problem sleeping because my workouts are tough. Salt intake is important for adrenal support as well as supplements
