Not intentionally, but sometimes I just forget to eat. Incidentally, it does seem to be helping with my weight loss goals. Probably not the healthiest way to do it though.

Actually, intermittent fasting is a healthy, healing way of life. You may want to look into it. I found [i]Delay, Don't Deny[/i] and [i]The Obesity Code[/i] interesting reads, especially if you want to lose weight or heal some health issues.
