Not intentionally, but sometimes I just forget to eat. Incidentally, it does seem to be helping with my weight loss goals. Probably not the healthiest way to do it though.

@Doomflower It's weird for me. Some days if I don't eat breakfast or lunch, I'll gorge myself on dinner. Some days all I'll eat is a granola bar and some water, and that will be enough. It's hard to predict.
