I Like to Eat Soup On Cold Days

😭I can't have it anymore. (Lactose intolerant now). Lindsey's restaurant in Wareham, Massachusetts has the most amazing bowl of seafood bisque on the planet. HUGE chunks of lobster, shrimp, and scallops in a sherry seasoned creamy thick broth.

Nowadays, my faves are Gumbo with chicken and sausage, Jambalaya with chicken, ham and shrimp, and Habitant pea soup. I also make a lot of homemade soups like "cream" of tomato with rice, made with coconut milk and chunks of diced tomato.

Used to love clam chowder, but dr. tells me I should try to stay away from dairy, so that one's off the list. So guess I'm gonna go with shrimp Ramen or chicken tortilla, spicier the better. And pho, can't forget. . .

You know, I actually made home made tomato soup today for the first time. And it was good! I used a simple recipe off the web. The kids and I polished it off😋
