It is deep within us at the soul level. We know when we are not being true to ourselves. The uncomfortable negative feelings are our soul telling us we are not being "real."

Yes it is difficult. I am blessed to live in the country with just my cat and I am able to spend a lot of time in meditation and contemplation. Staying in touch is, of course, much easier. However, venturing into "the world" makes staying in touch much, much more difficult. It takes constant vigilance and practice. However, light and love is increasing in the universe. The collective consciousness of mankind is rising rapidly.

To live how I need to live and not by how others want me to... to not deny my own good opinion and values because someone else thinks I should be different... just wish it was an easier thing to do.

Living by my own values and beliefs, and not by those of others. Being my authentic self.

It can be very difficult if one's beliefs and values don't conform to family or societal values, so it's not an easy thing to do. It may mean alienation from family (or your own culture), so many just go with the flow in order to be accepted.

I think for me it took being dragged on the wrong side to understand what the right side is. I have no idea why on anything but faith has brought be through everyone of the trials.

I think it means to be real and genuine and not a pretentious liar? Idk

to not pull b.s. upon yourself no matter the situation.

or you have a choice.. the easy way or the way you feel is right.
