Yes it is difficult. I am blessed to live in the country with just my cat and I am able to spend a lot of time in meditation and contemplation. Staying in touch is, of course, much easier. However, venturing into "the world" makes staying in touch much, much more difficult. It takes constant vigilance and practice. However, light and love is increasing in the universe. The collective consciousness of mankind is rising rapidly.

Y I feel blessed to to be able to have lived by myself for almost 3 months now. I've my own conscious rising for years and your right it's becoming more rapid with each day.
