Honest opinions needed

If there is a very tall, large/chubby (but not super curvy) woman, and she dresses very feminine (dresses, heels, garters, etc), does it seem to make her more feminine, or more like a man in a dress who is trying hard to "pass" as a woman?

What are your honest thoughts?

I probably wouldn’t be giving the person enough attention to make an evaluation.
