I Am Frustrated By Today's Fragmented Customer Service

The saga continues. The insurance company tweeted me back and asked me to DM them. So I did:

I tweeted a couple of hours ago because Insurance Company will not cover a bone density test that my doctor set up - at the same facility where she works! You guys covered the original appointment with her - which took place at that facility. Why do I now have to ask the doctor to set up the test at a different facility? IT’S THE SAME LOCATION YOU COVERED BEFORE.

I’ve been trying to port my home phone to a burner phone.

I’ve had 10 mini stokes....I can’t take it!
To your point ....no one cares about giving good phone anymore....
I’m facing the identical situation. My doctor is in network. The facility where she refers patients for labs and x-rays somehow is not. And it’s a difference of $480.00 out of pocket. So I’ve had to find labs and urgent care places that the insurance recommends, rather than that of my doctor (whom I trust), if I’m going to keep costs manageable. 🤦🏽‍♀️
