I Lost Someone Important to Me
This post makes me cry. Oh, does it ever!
I recall my father (February, 2003). I remember my beloved mother (May, 1984). Not to forget Grandma (Dad's mother) (May, 1974) and Grandma (Mom's mother) (February 1993).
Sometimes I can think about them without crying my eyes out. Other times, not so much.
I have other non-family members who have gone before me that I miss. Pat Harrison (date not sure - late January , early February). Larry Hough (June, 20019). Tim Woods (February,20019), Bruce Dahl (March, 2019). Linda Sadler (Easter Sunday, April 2019).
I love the poem heading this post. The only comfort I take in this world are that these people are no longer in pain and will remain in my memory. Forever.
