I worked out a bit yesterday

After a long long time. I stopped going out to jog since more than 1.5 years ago since this covid 19 outbreak. Yesterday I cycled and did yoga at home, for about 40 min in total. Just 40 min I already felt less tired today and slept better last night.

I can’t jog because my knees are completely shot, but I’m in the process of polishing my mountain bike to use regularly this summer. It’s very old, but I reckon I can make it look like new again with a bit of elbow grease.

Yeah good for you, I took a couple weeks off running and the gym and I feel a lot better from having done it yesterday also.
