I Work Out

Live to workout. Need it in my life. Cardio every morning. Lift weights in afternoon.

Milestone yesterday. At the age of 56, unassisted 350 lbs on the bench press. 1 rep. Felt GREAT. No roids either. This is clean and it is all me.

What does your diet regiment look like?

lately it’s poor. Getting back on a disciplined plan. 5 meals spread out to maintain metabolism.

Breakfast-eggs
Meal 1- chicken/vegetables
Meal 2- low fat protein and greens
Meal 3- protein shake
Meal 4- fish (salmon or a white fish) and salad
Meal 5- 1 egg and a cup of egg whites

1 cheat day/week

I didn’t include. I have some fats included. Raw almonds and some almond butter. Thank you!
@Gameknot Cold pressed, organic, cholesterol free, non GMO coconut oil is really beneficial too; it is also an anti-fungal anti inflammatory.
