I Work Out

Every day is leg day! Every day is leg day!

i have been hyping up my routine to prepare or what is coming and I am loving it. Though I have been constantly sore for two weeks now.

Trying to decide whether to run to some stairs and do a bunch or to squat. I think today I will run.

Trying to work my plank up to 6 minutes. Though I have quite a ways to go still. I am up to 2:30.

Working on cardio and grip strength too. Any suggestions on how to increase grip strength?
