I Am a Great Cook

So tonight’s delight will be roast pork belly with thyme, roasted vegetables (potatoes, parsnips and carrots with a few slices of red onion for some zing) + rosemary for that extra bit of flavour, Yorkshire Puddings and peas. Served with apple sauce.
All this will be done whilst having a few cold beers.
Cooking is much more fun with a bit of booze.
Would love to share it with a few people here - dinner round mine then?

@Oneofthestormboys I spent some time in your country 5 years ago I was amazed instead of an ice cream truck your country has a fish and chips truck..I took pictures of it coz i know they wouldn't believe me back in Australia.

@Oneofthestormboys yes, like I went to a milk bar and they sold alcohol, I had to step out of the shop again and check out the it was a milk bar... And when it rained it was like monsoon rain there was no gap in the raindrops i was drenched to the bone. I was freezing my ass off in spring while everyone around me was wearing t-shirts.

@Oneofthestormboys A lot of men are very accommodating to single females traveling alone, I had men carrying my bags for me, trying to buy me drinks and giving me their numbers to look them up for drinks very friendly... A lot of them thought I was Brazilian, must be the tanned skin! and then I would speak and it would baffle them where I was from, they can't place the accent.
