I Am a Great Cook
So tonight’s delight will be roast pork belly with thyme, roasted vegetables (potatoes, parsnips and carrots with a few slices of red onion for some zing) + rosemary for that extra bit of flavour, Yorkshire Puddings and peas. Served with apple sauce.
All this will be done whilst having a few cold beers.
Cooking is much more fun with a bit of booze.
