I just discovered something awesome!

I have hard water in my area, and this does not bode well for my marble sinks. Around the faucets, there are always white marks from the hard water. So I sprayed some white vinegar on the white stains and left it there for a few minutes. And voila! I wiped it off with a paper towel, and the white stains were gone. Sooooo happy!!! 馃槂馃コ馃檶馃徏鈽猴笍馃槉

Yes! Try a spray bottle with 1/2 white vinegar, 1/2 warm water & a squirt of dawn dish soap to clean your showers. Amazing.

@QueenOfTheNerds Ohhh great! I saw on YouTube, someone using baking soda, vinegar & dish soap to clean their stainless steel kitchen sink. Baking soda has lots of uses.

@marsbar I use the vinegar/dish soap spray to clean almost everything. I replaced my stainless sink with an enamel one, but I used to use it to clean the sink, too. I used almond oil to keep it shiny and it repels the water, so it stays nicer.

@QueenOfTheNerds Oh interesting about the almond oil.

@QueenOfTheNerds does the oil not retain bacteria type-I'm just curious. I oil my cast iron pans, but I never heard of that for a sink. I'm not up on this
