I Dont Want To Go To Work

My job gives me slight anxiety.

I hate being in a room for 8 hours a day with about 10 other people, with nothing dividng us.

Its literally like a primary school classroom. People sitting beside and behind you.

We have no freedom.

We get punished for the mistakes and slack of other workers, even when it doesn't effect us directly.

It's becoming more and more strict.

I think of ways I can go into business for myself.
I do not see myself working for a corporation for the next 30 something years

I feel the same about going to uni, it's pretty tiring. But I try to keep myself motivating thinking about my goals, but it's still hard.

I worked in a hospital for twelve years, and when I had the opportunity to transfer to the night shift, I did so, to avoid office politics. I had autonomy, and I enjoyed the responsibility.

@iamnikki I was the only person in the office for seven hours of my eight hour shift. I didn't have to witness any drama. I left at 7 AM, long before the "pot stirrers" arrived.

@ScarletWitch I know. I am gonna start looking into working with the school districts. Being off for the summer, or at least 2 full months sounds great. Really need time to relax and clear your mind, work on something new etc. The weekend and a 1 week vacation every 3 months isn't enough
