the electron was not discovered until 1897 but obviously existed before it was discovered. Why then is proof of God's existence the determining factor to His existence?
@Axeroberts: It's always been my belief that the Ancients had far more knowledge than we have ever realised. I can only imagine that something occurred at some point to suppress it.
Proving God's existence or non-existence has never been a good plan. It's a poor way of determining truth. Could God exist? The discovery of electrons does nothing to aid such a conclusion, as no rational argument can be built around it.
@Peekaboo: it's not about electrons. It's about things existing whether we have proof or not

@Axeroberts: I never suggested that. I implied that only a fool would think the possibility of God existing is enhanced by the discovery of some new thing.
The electron isn't claiming to be a supreme being, and has no one doing so on its behalf. An Electron is merely an electron, worthy of discovery but not crucial to our philisophical urge to understand how we got here and if there is a supreme being.
@Quizzical: you don't know that. And I'm referring to God, The Creator. Not gods. And I'm actually just referring to the argument that there is no God because we have no proof. And not even the fact if there is a God or not
