I Hate Asking For Help

I don't like asking for help, even if I need it, I don't like asking for it. When I do, it makes me feel weak, and it kind of makes me feel like a loser, and a failure. I'd much rather figure out and solve things on my own. So that's why, I kind of feel shameful asking for help.

I hate asking for help. I was always taught that asking for help was ok but my family was never well off so within our family, we knew that asking for someone for help would be a huge burden. Of course family would be more than willing to help, but you always felt sorry for burdening anyone else. I was taught to work hard for what I need by taking action myself. It is something I still carry around. Sometimes it ican be a bit if a problem. Asking for help is a very difficult thing for me to do.
