How do you fix a broken heart?

SW-User
Time,
emotional support from friends and family,
remembering your health ( To keep aiming to sleep normal, eat normal, exercise even if it’s just a small daily walk etc. )l
introspection and epiphanies about ‘lessons learned’ ( hint; focus on the wisdom, not the wound ),
gradually doing more things that you enjoy again, and seeking out new experiences starting with something small that you’ve been meaning to try.
Altering your routines, even if only a little.
When you feel up to it, maybe attempting to learn something new or pick up a new hobby,
and maybe give yourself some time to focus on strengthening the foundation of your life in someway that would boost your confidence? career, finances, family, friendships, talents etc.
making new happy memories,
Making new connections

You’re going to hate this...time. I am in the same boat and I have gotten myself into a new hobby and try to spend more time with friends. I also have been working on making myself happy and a better person.

🤗🤗 to you, it’s very hard.

You just keep going. Eventually the pain eases bit by bit and you learn to cope. Scars remain....but you will love again.

Surgery? 🤷
Hearts are like bowling pins. The whole reason to set them up is to knock them down.

Pizza and beer with a good mate.

No strings sex
Time. That, getting out and immersing oneself in other projects and people, helps it mend. Best wishes.
