Have you any oil? Roasted carrots and fried rice

No oxo cubes ?? Fry ur onions , make sure ur veg is boiled so it cooks evenly, boil ur rice and when it's done crack a egg and bring together then add to pepper and stick in oven , season after and if u have some cheese top off the pepper at the end :)

Olive oil will work fine. Cook the rice in water and fry it in the olive oil; rub olive oil and some salt and pepper (if you have any) all over the carrots and bake them in the oven till they're soft and delicious.

Omelette and rice , u have all the other ingredient so bang it all together and vallah or u could do stuffed roast pepper with both ingredients or a soup ?? Enjoy

any spices? It can change nothing into something. Maybe an egg hidden in the fridge?

yeah there's a name for it but I can only think of egg fried rice but at the takeaways they call it something else (I think).

I'd boil the rice, then fry it with the egg, onion and carrots. Add spices as you like. Mmm getting hungry.

Anything else in your cupboard? You'd be surprised at what sounds gross but tastes good enough not to starve.

There are eggs left. Also green onion, garlic, salt, black pepper. That's it.

Georgimy, I love stuffed peppers. I only have ground pepper though. 😕

I usually like more veggies in that, but egg could give it enough so it doesn't taste lacking. ☺
