I work out now, and I guess it's fine but it doesn't seem to be working. I mean, I want to do a pull-up but I can't do any and I've been working out for a few weeks.
I have never been able to do a pull-up either because I have bursitis. That leaves me with no strength for that movement. I can lift something from down by my feet to my shoulders. Can't even lift a pen higher than that.
My dad helps me with the pull-ups, but I do do like bench press and simple arm workouts and end with my dad holding me lightly while I do 3 pull-ups. Thanks for the help though!
