I Like Working Out

I used to rollerblade every day, and ever since I fell when I was twenty I haven't been doing it often. And since I've been working a lot I haven't been able to set a routine work out schedule. Does anyone have any advice for motivation?

Get up earlier with a goal in mind of how you want to look, say, a month from now. Cut out pictures or just keep a pic in your mind of what your goal is. The closer you get to it, naturally the more motivation you are going to have. The changes you see in your body will propel you forward. Nutrition is key. Have that down pat and figure out a workout for yourself. Then just execute it.
