I Experienced Racism

Over the years I've been watched more closely in stores than my friends were. I've been followed. I've gotten hearded away from things workers have deemed too expensive for me. It's no joke I've had someone once keep trying to herd me over to the clearance section several times while hovering around me. I left without getting anything.

I used to get shit on from the other mexican kids growing up for not being mexican enough. I'm mixed it's not my fault.

Then on the other end of it I got shit on for acting too white or for liking what was deemed white people stuff such as punk music, skateboarding etc. I didn't realize someone can act a certain way just thought I was being myself.

I couldn't please anybody or wasn't good enough for anybody. Still can't.
