Do you enjoy your job?

Why or why not?
SW-User
Just started .. I work in assisted living so wiping butts and washing my clients ding a lings I’m still getting used to lol
Montanaman · M
@SW-User my daughter does that too. 👍🤗
WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
@SW-User it’s hard work, but it’s such a wonderful job, you’re a major help to all those people.
JRVanguard · 26-30, M
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Healthcare is a very stressful but rewarding field😂
Turtlepower · 36-40, M
Not anymore. I feel like I've hit a wall and the only change I ever see is negative (process regressions as opposed to improvements).

Then upper level management changes constantly and constantly restructures the programs as if after the 10th time it'll magically work.
Turtlepower · 36-40, M
@Zonuss Indeed. The pandemic didn't help as a good portion of our business depends on commercial travel. For the first time in 6+ years I'm actively looking around.
WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
@Turtlepower I hope this improves, if not, I hope you can move on to something better.
Turtlepower · 36-40, M
@WanderingThrough I appreciate that! Thank you :)

Depends on where I'm assigned at. Currently, I love my assignment, but there are times when the job takes it's toll on my body. Can be dangerous, safety is important. Pay is excellent. 👷‍♂️😎👍
WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
@Montanaman I hope that more often than not you love what you’re doing.
Montanaman · M
@WanderingThrough thank you, more often than not. 👍🤗🤗
JustNik · 51-55, F
I do. It suits my strengths, changes often and affords variety of tasks, my coworkers are fabulous, and I work from home. I hope it lasts until I retire. 🙏
WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
@JustNik This is so nice and positive! Thanks for sharing.
Love my job... I get to work with kids, have my summers off, 2 weeks at Christmas off and a week for Spring break

I hate it, I feel it's sucking the life out of me.
Montanaman · M
@SW-User I feel you. Mine can be that way, depending...
😔🤗🤗🌹

@Montanaman I dread waking up each day just to do it all over again 🥺
Montanaman · M
@SW-User I know it's prolly not possible, but a new job should be on your mind. Life is so short. 😔🤗🌹
I am fortunate enough not to do work I don't find both interesting and important. So yes, I enjoy my work.
Most of the time. It’s fast-paced, never boring and I meet lots of interesting people.
not even a little. the standard is 18 hours oncall every other week.
wackidywack · 26-30
not really but it's not much of a difficult job
Not anymore. I'm retired. 😁
WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
@PhoenixPhail living the life!
@WanderingThrough Well, so far, it's been living ME. But, I'm turning that around. 🤗

I love my job. I enjoy the work and challenges that keep things interesting. Some mundane things too, but overall I have a good job. I do get annoyed with my fellow co-workers that don't seem to be as dedicated in their jobs, but after I get annoyed with them, I just press forward.
Pretzel · 61-69, M
I just retired from my old one and am into my third week on my new one. People are friendly and patiently training. Yeah I like it
LunarOrbit · 56-60, M
Loved my job. Hated my boss. Wasn’t prepared for retirement
love my job. not a fan of my peers.

Zonuss · 46-50, M
@GBPackersFan Yes. And some of them rich. I know at least two hers that are. 😊
GBPackersFan · 41-45, M
I thought this place was the groundswell of chronic unemployment I guess my hunch is at least partially wrong @Zonuss

WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
