of course not. I am old enough to remember skylab falling to earth. People painted targets on their roofs in anticipation. space debris is a great example of risk perception versus risk reality.

Not sure about a war starting, but definitely major tensions on that country would happen. Diplomatic relations would probably fall apart as well I would imagine.

I was wondering that too. How much liability did chains have if it were to hit someone house, kill people etc.

I mean realistically no country would hold china liable except maybe Russia, but say it got your house? What then could you/your next of kin sue china for damages?
