I Like Mindfulness, Awareness, And Consciousness
Any tips on how to be present ?
I like mindfulness , I am aware of how benefitial it is for our lives, yet I can´t seem to reach that stage.
My mind is all over the place, I am constantly feeling anxious and worrying about the future, or feeling sad or upset about something from the past.
I know it is the here and now that counts and can make the difference I need, yet it seems to elude me, or I elude it, in any case I feel I am not making any progress.
Any advice would be appreciated.
