I Like Mindfulness, Awareness, And Consciousness

[b][c=#003BB2]Any tips on how to be present ?

I like mindfulness , I am aware of how benefitial it is for our lives, yet I can´t seem to reach that stage.

My mind is all over the place, I am constantly feeling anxious and worrying about the future, or feeling sad or upset about something from the past.

I know it is the here and now that counts and can make the difference I need, yet it seems to elude me, or I elude it, in any case I feel I am not making any progress.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Trust me when i say im in the same boat as u right now. I lost my wallet 2 days ago. I keep thinking who?,where?,when?, and how?. Its stressing me out. Im sleeping but im not resting. My mind aint getting any rest cuz im super worried that somebody will try to steal my identity.
@HermannFegelein You should report it to the headquarters of your credit or debit cards. And to the agencies that issue your other documents. That way you have proof.

@Underconstruction guess that means i have to tell dad. Im covered by his medical insurance so i dont really have all the proper info required to report this. Hes gonna be so pissed. I dont think it was the main medical card thing however. I think it was just one for the dentist to prove that i was in fact covered by his insurance. Anyways thanks for the advice. I apologize for over-lengthening this. Im just really worried.
@HermannFegelein Don´t worry. I understand. I got my wallet with all my documents stolen once. I understand .Hope everything works out.
