Your weird sandwich combos

Seeking ideas, today was
2 slices of wholemeal
Butter
Smidge of marmite
Mature English Cheddar
Sliced pickled onions
Squirt of Mayo

Delicious.

I am embarking on a wheat free regimen, and will have to forego bread on my sandwiches for a bit...that's weird enough...and I can't eat dairy products, either, so that makes it even weirder.

But I can see a corn tortilla, quickly fried on both sides, filled with chopped chicken salad made with Miracle whip, and a touch of Chipotle sauce, shredded lettuce, and shredded carrots...perhaps 6 Kalamata olives as well.

@4meAndyou fajitas are good and you can make them with corn tortillas, a lot of flavor there too. Or make street tacos out of mini corn tortillas

@cherokeepatti Well, we will see about the fajita thing. I know a lot of people like them, but I never did. Always thought it was a waste of my money when I was not enjoying it. I love tamales, enchiladas, and things like that. Tacos are okay, but the last time I had Mexican food at Taco Bell I thought I was going to die. It kept coming up the back of my throat...😭🤣
