Your weird sandwich combos

Seeking ideas, today was
2 slices of wholemeal
Butter
Smidge of marmite
Mature English Cheddar
Sliced pickled onions
Squirt of Mayo

Delicious.

@Nimbus now that's tempting. I never liked pickled beetroot as a youngster. I can't get enough of it now. That's on the list, thanks

@Ironicman it helps detox the gallbladder and liver and helps digestion.

@Ironicman If you are a meat eater you can add a slice of ham or crispy bacon.
If you are not Walkers crisps are good too :)
