@Quizzical: I just know that I have that protectiveness and passionate anger and openly emotional super sensitive person in me and I know those things together aren't really that great.

@Pimpedcheerios88: Knowing is half the battle though. You can't work on something if you are unaware of it. You've identified a potential problem, so maybe you can now look at anger management techniques

Emotions are not part of yourself but since we are living in the periphery instead in our center we are identifing with them. If you feel and understand that they are just like a mist around you you won't get caught and affected by them(the emotions)

Remain calm take a step back and ask yourself if I'ts really worth getting upset over. Its a hard thing to do just don't let people push your buttons to make you upset walk away.
