How do you stop worrying what other people think and trying to show that you are perfect when you really aren't?

Emarky · 31-35, M
Everyone is the best version of him/herself considering all the circumstances in his life. So yes you are the best and yes you can and will become better and more experienced.and what others think no matter good or bad have nothing to do with yourself and in best case is just a coincidence because this is seen from their perspective their prism.

Fukk them guys you are perfect
Eventually it becomes far too exhausting to keep up. Then you realize the people who are important to you don't really care and that there's no point in trying to impress everyone else.

Everybody you ever meet has their own daft expectations they want you to live up to.
The trick is to try and be your own man/woman.
At least that way you'll always be consistent.
Just imagine everybody walking around worrying what ppl think of them..

Don't listen to the lies your mind tells you. 😊

It never really bothered me as a person. What will their thoughts do to me? if they judge me based on their impressions, their conclusions would be biased. There would be no truth in their words, and thought.

That's the struggle. I find it helps to review, in your mind, how you feel about each day when it's over. Make a conscious effort to appreciate the good you've done instead of focusing on the negative.

Murder everyone. Without people, you won't worry. Simple.
