Cashapp refunded my money, will it be taken out my account?

So I was trying to send money to someone via cash-app for $30 and cash-app refunded my money saying they canceled payment for my protection. This is the first time this ever happened to me. I tried sending 3x and all 3x they canceled and refunded my money. I checked my bank account in which my cash-app is linked to and it says pending for 3 payments. All my money is in my account nothing was taken out. If everything seems to solved why are the payments still pending?
