How do you escape the ills of reality?

I don't. I try to do what I can to help others, if possible, and face my problems so I can proactively manage them.

why would I? My family doesn't suffer from mental illness, in fact we kinda enjoy it.

Come here and then leave this reality for the other one and it goes on and on.

There is no escape, in life or death.
