Usually I've only ever slept on my tummy but lately have taken to sleeping on my side.
tummy sleeping is out of the question for me. Side and back. I'm considering upside down in the cupboard.... Sounds comfy.

I can see how 'Upside down in a cupboard.' would help with the hairdo but the monthly cycle? @celine211

It is advisable to sleep on your ride side. But I sleep in whatever position that make me fall to sleep.

Why right side?
It doesn't seem to make any difference lately how I sleep. I still wake up 4 or 5 times a night with pins and needles in which ever side I lay.@Mrblue

@Thevy29 Some of the reason I can find:

Sleeping on the right side does not let the weight of stomach & intestine to suppress heart, hence blood circulation is not affected.

By sleeping on the right side, the heart remains in the topside, one will not have a deep sleep. A little noise can prepare some one to face any contingency. It also develop the habit of early morninng rise

Mostly on right side. But tummy sleeping feels more cozy.
