If you could keep living by shedding your body and jumping to another body, would you do it?

Without a moment's hesitation, even if it meant terminating my current consciousness I'd probably still strongly consider it. (AKA killing myself.)

Casting off physical constraints is something I hope humanity can one day accomplish, however doubtful or hopeful it may be in my lifetime. I think it's possible, just we don't understand brains and consciousness well enough yet. Once we do better understand them I don't see why the structure couldn't be artificially constructed.

I don’t think it’d be right to steal another’s body simply because I was able. If I was too poor to I’d think it was wrong so why should I change that opinion just because I wouldn’t be the hurt one. That’s just wrong. We have to be good to one another.
