Ethical? I don't even think that word should come into the discussion. You're talking about desires. You can want or desire whatever you wish. If you act on it, then the question of ethics comes into play. If she's willing and you're willing, I don't see how it can be unethical, unless of course, you think it's a form of prostitution. Then the ethical question is over legalities.
