How to overgain trust issues?

But seriously, I suffer from a lot of anxiety and I spend most of my time alone.
Honestly, sometimes I just have to take advantage of a good day and force myself to take a risk with some people and see how it pans out. I've come to grips with the fact that the vast majority of relationships (platonic or otherwise) won't work and I'm not willing to wait around being scared of people anymore. I kept myself closed off from other people all throughout middle and high school and I regret it deeply. I've wasted too much time.

It's wise to be careful, and you're young, learning about trust;it's OK to feel unsure. Not everyone is trustworthy, and those that seem the most trustworthy could actually be the least ie clever manipulators. So,take your time to trust, and trust your gut - trust yourself. Sometimes those we trust let us down, but that's just human - to make mistakes. So, maybe learn how to forgive too

I never really could, tbh. It was a very hard road.
I have seen it work though. It took both parties being fully committed to building trust, and letting go of past grudges. It's not easy, but if you can do it together, I believe it will be worth all that hard work.

When you find the answer I would be very much obliged if you could share it with me. I make friends easily, allow people to get close but soon as it's personal, I get really awkward and reserved.
