Getting enough sleep and regular sleep hours will help make recall of your dreams more successful. I've noticed vitamin B makes my dreams more vivid. For ultimate control, though, you could train your brain into lucid dreaming. Once you're able to recognize you're dreaming, without waking up, some can begin to change aspects of their dream.

I cut the plug off my TV 4 days ago and I swear since I don't be watching TV I had vivid ass drams the last 2 nights in a row
Last night I dreamt about being in the ocean with sharks so not that good an experience but still 🤷♂️

@Majorlatency 😅 I'm hoping for more marshmallows and feathers than sharks teeth and cold water 👍️

Tbh, I don't know. My dreams are usually super wild.

Eat something that upsets your stomach before you go to bed. You might have some wild nightmares like I do when I have an upset stomach.

If you master lucid dreaming you can control your dreams and do whatever you want without consequences
