is there a way to make yourself dream something wild?

I haven't been dreaming much lately. If I do dream, it's something mundane like rushing to work..

Getting enough sleep and regular sleep hours will help make recall of your dreams more successful. I've noticed vitamin B makes my dreams more vivid. For ultimate control, though, you could train your brain into lucid dreaming. Once you're able to recognize you're dreaming, without waking up, some can begin to change aspects of their dream.
