is there a way to make yourself dream something wild?

I haven't been dreaming much lately. If I do dream, it's something mundane like rushing to work..

I cut the plug off my TV 4 days ago and I swear since I don't be watching TV I had vivid ass drams the last 2 nights in a row

Last night I dreamt about being in the ocean with sharks so not that good an experience but still 🤷‍♂️
