I asked the ladies earlier this week but I’m very curious to hear what the guys have to say.

She loves me as much as her Mom and Dad ,but if we marry ,I come first
Not that I ever take my women far from their families ,I am big on family too
Shows me mutual respect ,and she knows she is a woman and I make her happy she is ,God gave me the roll in our situation as man ,,I do not sit still for women who emasculate men ,thats why its harder and harder to find good ones .
Looks aren't so important ,,love always makes me blind anyway to flaw and most faults ,I am easy going ,certainly not shallow .

We are on the same page spiritually ,,no need getting to deep with someone our Religion is always an issue ,,with me God is always first ,then no one is before her ,not even my kids ,they are 3rd on the list

She is able to make me forget them ,and act like a kid again

And love spending time with her ,,we never take each other for granted
So its always a pleasure spending time together ,hating the moments we are apart

@indyjoe I know Joe ,you speak with as much love for your wife as I do about my kids and grandchildren ,,,wouldn't want to live without them ..
I had a relationship around 7 yrs ago ,,the love of my life I let get away ,
We were never apart 1 day in 7 1/2 yrs ,,we just hated being apart ,she even became a back up vocalist in my group ,,she was to shy to sing for others
so she would look at me as she sang and love songs ,,we poured our hearts out to each other , she didn't care if other women talked to me and told me how good I was ,,but let them touch me in anyway and she was introducing herself though she had nothing to worry about ,,,I was in love ,
But she stayed jealous over me continuing to help my sons Mom ,,she wanted her out of the picture so much so she gave me an ultimatum ,,and I don't work well with threats
I told her if that was how she felt to get gone ,so I could be over her by New Years ,,this was in November ,,I don't know what New Years I was speaking of because 7 have come and gone and I still love her though the pain has finally stopped ,,but she was my woman ,my best friend ,,,
I had a heart attack and ended up in the nut ward locked down over it ,,
She will be a hard act to follow ,,it even ruined my music for a while
without her voice backing me ,,,it was just so naked no matter how many tried to take her place ,,,no one could ever replace her or my bass player ,,both has my style down to a science ,,I didn't have to tell them anything ,,when I hit the first note ,so did they ,,
So I hear you Joe ,,I hope to find love like that again ,but if not I can live with it now ,,for the first time in my life I can handle being alone with just myself ,,but my family fills a big void ,,without them ,,I don't think I would have made it ..

@rckt148 Thank you very much. And I understand completely what you've told me...that is almost exactly what I went through with my first wife. Of course, I didn't only find a replacement but I found much better and I no longer love nor miss my ex. It's always pleasure to interact with you too my friend.

I'll answer this by describing my wife...She is smart, kind, caring, dependable, and loyal, one of the sweetest people you'd ever want to know but she's not one to take sh*t and BS from anyone. She has "tomboyish" qualities about her and yet she is very much classy and a Lady too (though not by any means "girlie-girl"). She is real, imperfect, natural, and human. She is no glamour model or Playboy playmate, she is fairly average in face and body but she is not by any means unattractive or ugly...to me she is absolutely beautiful both inside and outside. That is what I always wanted and dreamed of from as far back as I can remember, she is literally the embodiment of my "dream girl".

It’s hard to get too specific because I think lots of different women could potentially be my “dream girl”, but I’ll take a stab at it anyway.

She’s liberal minded, kind, and always fun. She’s not a virgin, but she hasn’t had a lot of partners (probably somewhere between one and five). She is a college graduate and very intelligent.

She has an athletic body but not with big muscles, about average height. She has really cute feet and loves to go barefoot frequently. Her hair is long and maybe red.
