And I'm not sure about the other point of view about getting rid of hurtful things that bring back the memories. Sometimes it's good to have reminders so we're not as tempted to go back there again. My son isn't big into tattoos but he had one put on each arm. One says 'never forget' The other arm says 'what's been forgotten'

Ok. If u keep a lot of hurt through your art. After displaying it. You should burn it with your hurt. It helped me. Just a thought it did help me. Dont hold onto hurtfull things u create. Hope u find your happiness. Everyone is allowed their happiness in life.

Im a very deep person and have been through my fair share of life. Dont try to think about the past too much but its good to put it in art form for one. I used to do abstract also with lots of meaning. Just believe everything happens for some reason cause you strong enough to handle it and will become more strong from this. And smile and laugh and talk a lot. That also helps. You beautiful inside and out believe it. Just dont build a fortress around your heart. People will come in and out of your life for a reason
