What's the coldest and hottest place you have ever been to?
For me the coldest place I have ever been to is Tsomgo Lake in Sikkim, India and hottest place is a tie between Kolkata and Delhi.

I'm tempted to say both coldest and hottest were right here in Montreal. to give you an example, in 2020 the hottest day was 36.6C (97,9F) and the coldest was -24(-12f) and that was a particularly warm winter, usually goes down to -28 and up north where I go skiing gets colder than that. weather can go almost from -30C to +38C.

@FurryFace yes, Montreal can get so cold sometimes and then once in a while it gets scorching hot.

Was parched in the heat but yes you feel cooler due to the lack of humidity. Sweat dries instantly. When we were driving to Yosemite we stopped in Bishop California at a shaded park to have lunch. It is not far from Death Valley. Sitting in the shade we took our time and it felt like it was in the low 70s. When we got back to the car it was 100 degrees, almost no humidity and a light breeze made it comfortable

The temperature hit 50 C once in my home town. Coldest would be camping in the Flinders Ranges; No idea what the temp was only I had to move the stones from around the camp fire into my tent with me.

Well just Ottawa Canada where I grew up, we had -40C fora couple of weeks straigIt. I was playing hockey and somebody hit my glasses and they shattered from the cold
