What animal is an unsuitable pet for children ?

A human.

Pythons. The girl down the street who got married had a husband who had one, and she gave it to her younger siblings when she got pregnant. The kids used to walk with it past our house because they knew my mom hated snakes and sing an Egyptian song while curling it around their necks. Fiinally, my mom had had enough, and the next time she saw Debbie and Cheryl come down the street (Cheryl owned the creature) she stopped them and said, "You know, girls, there is a petition going around to get rid of that snake, and when they bring it to me, I'm going to sign it and then send it to Debbie's mom."

Debbie looked terrified. "Oh, please don't do that! My mom said I'm not supposed to be around that snake."

My mom said, "Well, I'm going to sign it" and went back into the house.

The snake was gone in a week.
